One hire can make or break a remote operation.

We find hospitality professionals who don't just fill a role — they hold the crew together.

Start a hiring enquiry

Hiring for remote is different.

You can't just post a job ad and hope for the best. Remote hospitality roles need people with a specific combination of skills, temperament, and commitment. The wrong hire costs you time, money, and team morale — and out here, there's nowhere to hide a bad fit.

We get it. We've been on your side of the desk, filling critical roles at some of the country's most remote lodges, stations, and resorts. That lived experience is how we work.

When it works, you've got a full roster before peak season, staff who stay past the trial period, and nights that don't close because someone walked.

Our process

Most briefs: shortlist within 2–4 weeks. Here's how we get there.

1

Discovery call

We learn about your property, your team, your culture, and exactly what you need. This isn't a form — it's a conversation.

2

Targeted search

We search our network and go beyond job boards. We know where the right candidates are and how to reach them.

3

Rigorous screening

Every candidate is assessed on skills, experience, remote readiness, and cultural fit. We check references thoroughly — not as a formality.

4

Shortlist presentation

You receive 2–4 strong candidates with our honest assessment of each. No filler, no padding the list.

5

Interview support

We coordinate interviews and provide guidance. If you need help with offer structuring or relocation logistics, we're here.

6

Placement & follow-up

We stay in touch after the hire. We check in with you and the candidate to make sure things are working.

Replacement guarantee on every placement

If a placement doesn't work out, we'll find a replacement at no additional cost. Our guarantee scales with the role — 30 days for junior placements, 60 days for mid-level roles, and 90 days for senior roles. We back our people because the candidates we send you are the ones we'd hire for our own properties.

How we charge

You only pay when your new hire starts. Nothing upfront, nothing for the search itself — pure contingency. Book a call and we'll give you a straight answer for the specific role you're hiring.

Frequently asked questions

How long does a typical search take?
We present shortlists within 2–4 weeks of engagement for most briefs. Start dates then depend on the successful candidate's notice period — typically adding another 2–4 weeks. Specialist or senior roles may take longer to shortlist. Pool matches can move faster.
Do you recruit nationally?
Yes. We recruit for remote and regional properties across all Australian states and territories.
What if the candidate doesn't work out?
Every placement comes with a replacement guarantee — 30 days for junior placements, 60 days for mid-level roles, and 90 days for senior roles. If the placement doesn't work out within that period, we find a replacement at no extra cost. We also check in regularly to catch issues early.
Can you help with relocation and onboarding?
We can advise on relocation logistics, accommodation arrangements, and what to communicate to candidates before they arrive. We've done the move ourselves — we know what matters.
Do you handle temporary or seasonal roles?
While our focus is permanent and long-term placements, we do handle seasonal roles. Feel free to talk to us about temporary positions — we may well be able to help, depending on what you need.
